Services begin as soon as payment is received, with no physical delivery required. Our offerings include:

All packages are billed monthly and tailored to suit the needs of busy tradespeople in the UK with minimal tech knowledge required.

2. Purchase Currency

All prices are listed in GBP (£). All transactions and invoices will be processed exclusively in this currency.

3. Service Fulfilment & Delivery

   
   As a digital service provider, no physical goods are shipped. Our services commence

   immediately upon successful payment, ensuring you experience the benefits of our expertise without delay.

   
   You will receive onboarding support, a project timeline, and regular updates on your site’s development and performance.

4. Payments, Subscriptions & Cancellations

• Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis.

• Late or missed payments may result in temporary suspension or termination of services.

• All payments are final and non-refundable.

• We understand circumstances may change. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by providing at least 2 business days’ notice before your renewal date via email to: [email protected].

• Upon cancellation, services will cease at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our service-based business, we do not offer returns. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced or monthly access has begun. We are, however, committed to quality and results and will always strive to resolve concerns.

6. Confidentiality Agreement

Both parties acknowledge and mutually agree that confidential information may be shared during the course of this engagement. To ensure the protection of such information and in consideration of the agreement to exchange said information, the parties agree not to disclose the following:

• Intellectual property (including those exclusively owned by either party, whether owned now or developed in the future).

• Customer or client information.

• Any information clearly marked or communicated as confidential.

By default, the Agency may, from time to time, share testimonials and results achieved as a result of the service provided for marketing purposes. The client may request that personal, brand, or company-specific information be omitted from public testimonials or case studies.

9. Intellectual Property

All website designs, AI chat flows, and custom tools developed by us remain our intellectual property unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. You have full rights to use our services as long as you are subscribed to one of our packages.

The design, code, and custom tools we create remain the property of our agency.

• You can use your site and tools for your own trade business.

• You can’t sell, give away, or copy our tools or designs.

• You can’t transfer the website to someone else without our permission.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of income, missed leads, or website downtime.
